FED: Aust troops take control of Tampa =3

The regional director of the Tampa's shipping line, PETER DEXTER, says the company
respects the view of the captain and acknowledges his responsibility and sole right to
make the decision.

It says his ultimate responsibility is to make the most appropriate decision for the
well-being of all on board.
