NSW:Bank offers help for flood victims

The Commonwealth Bank says customers experiencing financial difficulties due to the
New South Wales floods will be given assistance with loan repayments.

The bank's activated a special emergency assistance package .. which includes repayment
arrangements for customers who experience difficulties repaying their home loans following
the floods.

Emergency credit limit increases will be considered and loan restructuring will be
put in place for business customers with existing loans .. without the usual bank establishment
fees.

The bank will also expedite claims on its CommInsure insurance policies for homes and
motor vehicles.
